Coriander and Lime Chicken

Enough for 8 pieces, or 4-6 servings.  There are lots of variations upon a theme: try some of the optional ingredients, but not all!

1½ T Gd coriander
2-3 T Lemon / lime juice
2-3 T Oil
½-1 t Gd cumin
1½ t Grat/ch fresh ginger (approx)
1 t Salt
½ t Sugar
2 cl Garlic, minced or chopped
1 t Gd black pepper
1 t Gd cayenne / hot paprika (optional)
¼ t Gd cinnamon (optional)
½c/4 fl oz Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1 T Fish sauce (optional)
2 T Minced lemongrass (optional)
¼c/2 fl oz Water, as needed (optional)
1c Plain yoghurt in marinade / to serve (optional)
