Do not use PET cream, and probably best avoid any that has milk in the ingredients.  Even better if carrageenan is not among them.

8 or 9oz
250g Chocolate - medium/strong dark -  more when using liqueur
3/4c 6oz Heavy cream
1T Light corn syrup
1T Unsalted butter, cut into a few pieces
2T Liqueur (opt)
½t Peppermint oil (opt)
½t Orange oil (opt), maybe more if no liqueur
2t Instant coffee
